NIE Staff SGD 500 Credit Card or NIE Staff Application Form Only valid for NIE staff. An NIE Staff Application Form must be uploaded for verification. If the staff is making payment through their project funds, the fees can be deducted directly from there.

Payment Methods and Instructions
  1. The RPIC 2024 conference only accepts the following payment modes:
    • Credit card (via Stripe)
    • Offline payment modes: e-invoice, invoice, NIE Staff Application Form

  3. E-invoice is only applicable for participants from schools and institutions the Ministry of Education, schools/institutions and government organisations in Singapore.
    Participants will need to include the Sub-Business Unit code to process the payment. Please note that e-invoices will require one month to process before the organisation/institute receives the bill.
  4. NIE Staff ticket is applicable for NIE staff and part-time lecturers only. Participants from NIE will need to include the WBS/Cost Centre vote number to process the payment. Conference fees will be directly deducted from the funding vote.
  5. All PIs and Research Staff from the Office of Education Research (OER) will need to submit an OER application form (see process here) to the Human Resource and Finance unit, This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it., for processing. Once the application is approved, you may select the offline payment mode.
  6. Student Tickets are only valid for participants with student status. A letter verifying student status from their school/university must be uploaded for review during registration.
  7. Developing Countries tickets are only valid for participants from countries listed under the UN list of least developed countries.
Cancellation Policy
  1. A full refund will be provided for any ticket cancellation or withdrawal requested before 10 May 2024. Please write to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. if you wish to cancel your ticket and withdraw from the conference.
  2. For any ticket cancellation or withdrawal after 10 May 2024, 40% of the registration fee will be deducted as processing charges.
  3. Participants who do not attend the conference or cancel after 30 May 2024 will not be eligible for a refund.
  4. All participants who have emailed to cancel their ticket(s) or withdraw from the conference will have their personal particulars removed from the database.
  5. Registered participants with accepted abstracts who submit a ticket cancellation or withdrawal request via email will automatically have their presentations withdrawn.
Important Notes
  1. Please note that payment must be made before the registrant is entitled to attend or present at the conference.
  2. The organising committee reserves the right to refuse or cancel your registration if the necessary information/documentary proofs are not provided or the participant did not fulfil the pre-requisites (e.g., proof of student status or proof of citizenship in a country listed under the UN list of Least Developed Countries).
